had trng today HAHA
had some shocks cos the people who usually dont come CAME !
haha :D amazing. (biscuit and jan)
hahaha but it was a good training right you two !
both in my lane both slacking more than me horrible.

training was alright la
it was the AFTER trng that was fun
haha the talking and finding out of stuff (bonding) with the rest
hahahahahhaha karen you sneaky thing.
but it was damn funny man.
the talks in the pool, at the cafe.. hahaha frigging funny.
alot of ccas came back hahaha quite cool

after that carey david and i went to have conference
hahaha it was quite funny also. :D right carey ! hahaha
then hung out with biscuit wj cedric and gang.
